The Drama students at Brooks's St. Luke's earned an Honorable Mention in the 2020 Safe Gen Alberta Workplace Safety Video Contest. To follow Covid safety measures, they turned to creating a video as a creative outlet. They began by writing a script that highlights a safety tip for the workplace. They decided to work with the theme of Keeping Your Coworkers Safe (K.Y.C.K.S) and focus on the importance of reading the safety manual for a workplace. They students wanted to do a comical slant on it and settled on a group therapy situation after an accident had occurred that had been caused by a worker not knowing the rules. You can watch the video and other winning entries at the following website: https://safegen.ca/video-contest/
