Yesterday , our Brooks students spent the afternoon with our Cosmetology class working on curling and straightening hair. It was fun and creative for all involved. Spring is getting here, which means it is almost Grad time. 👩🏻‍🎓 🧃As a fundraiser, we are going to do a BOTTLE DRIVE! 🧃This year, we will do it differently in an effort to make it work for everyone who wants to participate!!! 🧃From March 13th until April 5th, you can take your bottles to the depot and donate them in St Luke’s name!!! Grads will also collect bottles from friends, neighbors etc and bring them to the depot and have them put in our school’s name. Contact a graduate that you love to schedule your pick up! 🧃Unfortunately, we can’t store the bottles at the school, but THANKFULLY we have an account set up at the depot! We have to give a huge thank you to Cat Bentley for sharing expertise, professionalism, and incredible creativity! Options classes are such an important part of high school! Students get to try things they’ve never done and learn a little bit more about a variety of skills, trades, and even hobbies!
